It’s a nightmare all the way down Scottsdale road- the area borders in old Scottsdale and the last thing any of us need is more trafficking

Scottsdale City Counsel, please don’t allow the re-zoning that will double the density. Traffic is already getting worse day by day. As our city leaders, if you allow this you’ will set precedence which will completely change the skyline for the worse of Scottsdale.

Please do not build yet another housing development in the Hayden Osborn area. There will be no business’s to enjoy in our neighborhood. The area can’t take anymore housing projects.

We have enough apartments here that are not even occupied and that strip mall in question is used by many.

Please keep the Osborn Hayden zoned commercial. We already have too many condos in the southern part of our city.

I live at 8128 E. Whitton Avenue in Scottsdale since 1984. I strongly oppose this proposed change in height and density at this location. My street, Whitton Avenue, already has an increased volume of traffic from rush hour commuters taking a shortcut through my neighborhood east of Hayden from traffic unwilling to wait to turn left at Osborn, even though there is a lagging left turn at the intersection. The height and density are wrong for this area. This height variance travesty started when the city allowed the developer to build the building at the intersection of Scottsdale Rd and Camelback! I say it is time to stick to the zoning in place and it's height and density requirements. This project does nothing to improve the quality of life here in Scottsdale.
It increases the profitability of the developer at the cost of safety, increased traffic. And decreases the quality of living in Scottsdale for residents in the area. Thank you.

Too many projects of this type already all up & down Hayden! Too much traffic! Too close to older established residential neighborhoods! Ruining the feel of old town area. Can you vote to instead put these projects in the backyards of the mayor & city council since the developers seem to "have their way" with our city elected gov't officials? Developers from our of the area build the projects and then LEAVE.
