I and so many people from Indore were conned by person named Arvind Banjaree. Arvind Banjari approached us with "Greenland shelters" named township and believing him we invested our hard earned money in it for betterment of our future. I invested my whole life savings buying a plot in Greenland Shelters . I have knocked all the possible doors for justice and now this is my last hope. I and all other victims of this con plead for justice. Plead to get our hard earned money / plot back.

I have booked plot in Greenland 6 years from now almost but we didn't got any possession or anything we filed case through rera also but no response yet.

Memdi me mene bhi 2016 me 600sqft ke plot keliye adha pessa jama kar chuka tha,

I have also taken plot from green land shelters. I paid money but did not got the plot

अरविंद बंजारा एक फ्राड आदमी है| मैने उनसे फरवरी2013 मे ग्रीनलैंड शेल्टर्स से 600 sq . फिट का प्लॉट खरीदा था| लेकिन 2019 तक भी प्लाट मिलने की कोई उम्मीद नजर नहीं आ रही है । मूझे प्लॉट दिलाने मे मदद करें ।

Arvind Vanjari MD of Greenland Shelters,Indore defaulted in registration of Plot no 792 (50 gya by 40 fts)in layout Green life City I ,land/field no 34,40,1/1,Village Shiv Nagar & Khadka PH No 27,Mhow,Indore even after the full payment made more than 5 yrs back..Request immediate action against Arvind Jankari and Greenland Shelters,Indore.

I executed a sale agreement with mr. Arvind wanjari MD Greenland Shelters Pvt Ltd for purchasing a plot with details – plot no 60 Fourth Phase Shive Nagar Akhravad Khurd Village Tehsil Mhow Indore , to be developed by him , I have paid him amount 634167 Rs in installments against the total value-825000 Rs of plot agreed by us Meanwhile as per agreement Greenland Shelters was suppose to develope his proposed town ship, But their was no development of any kind seen on the land of the proposed town ship later course of time it was known to me that their was also no approval of town and country planning dept for the proposed town ship. As their was a clear uncertainty about the approval in future also , I discussed with Mr. Arvind Wanjari and cancelled by booking with Ms Greenland , and It was Agreed that Mr. Arvind Wanjari & Ms Greenland will return my complete amount through cheque’s as per details attached. But All the cheques happens to bounce due to insufficient funds the bank memo regarding the same are attached , This is the clear case of financial fraud, The colonizer is a sheer cheater and fraud . He obviously cheated me and many others.

Mene July 2012 Greenland shelters pvt. ltd. "GLC-FIRST" me 1000sq. Ka plot liya tha . Lekin abhi tk plot milne ki koi ummid nazar nhi aa rhi h . Please help us to get the Justice.
