There is protected land right there. Our roads are overcrowded as are our schools. We do not need another house built in our neighborhood especially one that needs special approval this land has been left vacant for all of these years for good reason. A house does not belong there!

Agreed! All of the remaining property in our community is owned by contract purchasers. They buy up property, no matter what size it is, and then request variances to build homes on lots that should not be built on. Meanwhile the community is left dealing with the aftermath. Overcrowded schools, inadequate infrastructure, traffic congestion, polluted waterways, and increased crime to name a few.

We need to stop building in this area. Stop sticking a house in every open spot back here it is too populated as it is plus new houses are being built a street away. STOP BUILDING IN GREEN HAVEN!!

We live on this street and I, and my significant other, do not want it built
For not to build on that street.
