As a matter of urgency, the community of Karalee, Chuwar and Barellan Point have inadequate Internet access.


With the digital age now upon us, Internet access is no longer a luxury but a necessity. The are a lot of businesses as well as homes that are not able to access fast and reliable Internet access without an extreme cost for doing so. Our community is ten minutes from the heart of Ipswich and 30 minutes from the CBD of Brisbane yet service options are limited. In places, ADSL connections are intermittent or not available at all. It is imperative that the Government and telecommunications companies such as Telstra, Optus and Vodaphone investigate and address this issue for the benefit of the community as a matter of urgency
