I am very concerned about TS&G drilling an additional 100 feet and its impact on the water table.

Zoning Laws exist for a reason and public input on planning and zoning decisions is important. The only reason to limit public discussion is fear of negative public opinion -- why else?

Expansion of the mines is unacceptable for so many reasons! The threat to residential areas, lack of transparency, conflict of interest, etc. are outrageous.

I'm an independent voter, and poor ethics like this destroy my trust in government. Surely this was well known by the Town Board, and could have easily been handled in an ethical manner upfront.

Sand Lake needs better than the same old same old. And a town board that acts in accordance with the law.

Transparency in government is the exact reason the government exists, to continue to serve the needs of the people and the voice of the people above prioritized individual interests.

This is disgraceful. No lining council members pockets at the cost of residential health and property!

Mining is out of control in our area, compounded by the conflict of interest, its important that this situation is abitrated by the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, not those who benefit financially who vote on these zoning laws.
