It's her choice what color she wants to dye her hair. Is it written in the handbook that it's against school policy to have gray hair? Are other students complaining that it's distracting them from learning? School's should encourage individuality and allow students to express themselves. YOU GO GIRL! :)

If the color of hair does not impact the learning of a child, then the role of the school is to teach and respect each student as an individual. One Nation Under GOD, seems to be forgotten.

Ridiculous! I dye my hair blond. Does that mean I would not be allowed to attend? I think they need to focus on providing a good education.

grey is a natural hair color and whether it naturally occurs at age 12 or age 70 is completely irrelevant. also, hair color is used to express someone, don't take that away.
