Former Senator Mike Gravel:
Mike Gravel is the former Democratic United States Senator from Alaska for two terms, from 1969 to 1981. He was born in Springfield, MA and raised in a working class neighborhood. He is primarily known for being one of the first political officials to oppose nuclear energy, and for making public the Pentagon Papers
