We the undersigned are outraged by Herefordshire Council /Ledbury Town Council's new grass cutting provision for the town of Ledbury. As Council Tax payers, we expect the grass verges in our town to be kept in a tidy, well- managed state and call for the previous grass cutting schedule to be reinstated by Herefordshire Council as soon as possible.
