GRADUATE STUDENTS OF UPSA not being treated fairly (subject to scrutiny)

We don’t want e-learning or make e-learning flexible for us

This UPSA unplanned and unresearched imposed E-learning in frustrating and giving me headache

I tried both MTN and Vodafone but all to no avail.

I am not benefiting from the fees I paid this semester and we are not in the normal times for us to write exams.

The entire school activities must be suspended. The psychological trauma we are going through due to coronavirus is enough, than adding exams and whatever. We don’t have that mind to study for any exams at this moment, let alone write exams. It will be woefully unfair for management to subject students to such situations. And the exams results will be terribly disastrous if they try it. They must stop or suspend academic activities until we have peace in mind. After all we pay one on one lectures, not online.

I’m in full support of the petition.

Let's do it right

I support the petition.

My issues are as follows: 1. Network connectivity in my area is not easily accessible as such it makes it difficult for me to join most of the lectures. 2. I am new to Accounting and making my best to follow but the e-learning platform has made me worse of. The face to face with the lecturer enables me to ask questions and follow up to make the lecturer explain further but this medium I can't do anything. I can't even fall on friends at this time to help. 3. I am unable to submit some of my assignments even though I have paid all my fees. 4. Data being expensive coupled with poor network connectivity has made my lectures terrible. 5. I work as an essential service provider and all of these have culminated to make my life a living hell as the pressure is unbearable in this time. My plea is if management can extend the academics calendar into the long vacation to make way for some of us who are vulnerable at the moment to confront these challenges to prepare for my exams. Lastly, I am supposed to acquire some skills in these areas to apply at my workplace but currently, it is not guaranteed since I don't seem to understand what is taught.

Have not been able to submit a single assignment as Upsa went virtual

We are in difficult times, even money to buy basic necessities like food and water is problematic much more data for online platform Some of us not going out to do our private jobs has a great impact so please management listen to the voice of students. Afterall, we are in the school to acquire knowledge to help the nation develop and also partner the school. We are not in normal times. Thank you

Management is not being considerate

We the students are your customers, and as such we are your backbone so treat us fairly. We saw online studies but did not choose it because that is not what we wanted. Bear in mind that we can give positive feedback to relatives and friends if we have good experience with the school likewise we will give negative feedback to the same people if we dislike your services. These positive or negative feedbacks can go a long way to affect the school. Thank you

The e-learning is not helpful and should be stopped

the Upsa e learning is frustrating and unproductive due to the unstable internet and cost of data

How will students who are yet to pay their fees go about and trying to mobilize funds. And if they are not able to register that's another problem.
