I believe in fairness of due process,it seems due process was not served correctly in this case.

To evict this family after 30 years of residency is inconceivable if they are willing and able to make full restitution. Give them the opportunity..

To evict this family would be an injustice..allow them an opportunity for restitution.

This is clearly a violation of rights. My question is, what does the landlord propose to do with the building? Is he evicting all tenants to make way for demo and revitalization, or are the Delbridges used as an example to conform with building rules? Either way, their rights were rendered useless be the system that should be helping them.

Today, when people walk together against the inhumanity, let this family find peace in their home.

I am appauled at how people are treated in the USA over such trivial matters. It seems to me that there needs to be amendments made to the housing laws, so many people are victimized wrongly and there should be a law to protect these people from mongers such as these who are forcing them out of their home after 30 years for a trivial matter. Maybe they should tell the REAL! truth as to why they are wanting to evict the Delbridges. To me if someone has been living in a rented place of housing for such a long time then all of a sudden they are now being avicted over a trivial matter says that there is a more underlying reason. They have not caused any problems in the 30years they have resided there but NOW! you want them out WHY!!!!!!!!! i DO NOT! believe it is mearly over such a stupid and utterly unreasonable excuse of smoking in a hall way WHICH! by the way WAS'NT! them it was a friend and for putting an item that wouldnt fit in a bin provided no no no there has to be a more vaild reason or should I say underhanded excuse for wanting them now out of their home of 30 years.... such a petty crome against two beautiful people whom I have known over 6 years and had the priviliage of being apart of their family through social media, this needs to STOP! right here and the eviction CANCELLED!!!
