You should be able to vote for whoever is running, this seems like gerrymandering ballots

If the Party has accepted him at the national level, I can see no good reason why he should be suppressed at the state level. Democrat or not, he is the best thing to happen on the National scene for Democrats in a long time, it would be politically counterproductive to not put him on the ballot.

Keep national elections fair. Don't rest on some obscure law because you're afraid of hurting Hillary. Bernie caucuses with democrats and he's from Brooklyn - that should be enough. New Yorkers deserve to choose for themselves. I'm from NY and to think democrats would intentionally try to keep him off the ballot, doesn't fall in line with the NY politics I know. Sounds more like a shady tactic employed by some red southern state might to

We need this man on the ballot. If a sitting US Senator can be blocked from running for office in New York, we might as well have learned Russian and surrendered to the USSR.
