Archaic laws should be done away with for the common good of the modernity of NOW. We are a free people of rationality over confinements of societies long faded to time. It is time to permit Bernie Sanders and all other candidates who speak and who have vision and who seek to represent the goodwill of the common people...onto the ballot of New York. I do not have state voting power in New York, as I am from Vermont. And though that favors me automatically into the court of Bernie Sanders, I have lived in California and New Hampshire as well. Everywhere I go I seek to find that voice of justice in the region...and this possible disallowance of Bernie Sanders upon the Ballot of the State of New York is not justice nor in the true voice of what America represents in spirit --and BOTH of you know it. There is the Voice of the People.... and there is old bureaucratic red tape froms days gone by. As politicians yourselves, destined to prove yourselves either on the right side of history or on the wrong side of history, the choice of priority is yours alone. Who will you prioritize come the election of 2016? Will you prioritize the voice of a bygone era left lingering in words on paper that no longer serve us? Or will you align with the voice of the Common People...the many who sign this document and the many who do not even know it exists, but would sign if they did? Who is your priority as politicians in history? What will you be remembered for doing during the election of 2016? Will you be remembered for representation of the wills of a valid many or for a staunch refusal for self serving (in the scope of rational reasonableness in a democratic process) adherence to laws written on books by bodies now disintegrated themselves into dust? I hope you choose correctly for the voice of representation of the people, if not a majority, then for a valid many within the scope of your charge.
