Primaries and these old archaic laws that go against democracy need to be modernized. One would think New York would be a shining example instead of what we have at the moment.. Let all the candidates be listed.

Why is this even an issue? Mr. Sanders has caucused with the Democrats throughout his tenure. Are we to allow one candidate to run in the primary unchallenged when Mr. Sanders is a VERY viable candidate and represents the views of millions of New Yorkers and citizens in other states. He will be the best president we've had since JFK. He speaks truth to power and that is rare. Honor the right thing to do and get Mr. Sanders on the ballot.

Let him run! This is the only way that we can have a true representation of what the people want. You are the Board of Elections, are you really going to deprive the American public of their voting rights?
