Don't let this travesty of a law further degrade and diminish the democratic process and the true will of the voters! If the Democratic Party in New York denies Mr. Sanders the ability to run against Ms. Clinton and Mr. O'Malley with the shameless use of a technicality, then they will definitively prove their hypocrisy and their disregard for the people they claim to represent and serve.
The whole point of a Primary is to give the voters of the Party the opportunity to decide who their candidate is, specifically to prevent the few who make up the party "leadership" from deciding on their own, be it in plain sight or behind closed doors. Shutting out Mr. Sanders effectively decided the Primary for Ms. Clinton by default and awards her New York's massive number of delegates without having the voice of the Democratic voters of the State of New York heard.
Albany has been crooked, corrupt and run by the Democratic Party machine, in one way or another, for over 100 years to various extents. But this is low even for them. They have no justifiable reason to keep Mr. Sanders off the ballot. If they do, then they truly are no better than the other side and they will lose my support for good.
Do the right thing! Let democracy and the will of the voters decide who should represent OUR party as the Presidential nominee. Anything else would be a travesty and they know it.
