One voice -one vote - Every-ONE matters -I can think for myself I do not require a party boss to select who my options should be - I wish to have Bernie Sanders on the NY Ballot ~ Repeal the Wilson Pakula law today ~ And while I`m at it Mr. Cuomo stop diverting my public school tax dollars into private school vouchers immediately ~

Senator Bernie Sanders is a Democrats and Democrats are a Nationally institutionalized political party so by law Senator Bernie Sanders must be allowed on the ballot in every city and township in the USA. New York hasn't the legal right to not allow Bernie Sanders name on the ballot or Bermie Sanders will be president by default. Any ballot that doesn't have Bernie Sanders on it anywhere in the USA, then when we vote, Bernie Sanders MUST be written in, even if "write ins" are illegal. It is not illegal to vote for a Democrat in the USA, therefore a write in for a left off institutionalized Democrat can not be illegal and must be done wherever Bernie Sanders is left off of the ballot.
