I am sending/signing this petition so that Bernie Sanders will be allowed on the primary ballot in New York. If he is not allowed on the New York primary ballot, I and millions of other people will know that the "fix is in" for Hillary Clinton in the New York State Democratic Primary.

Senator Sanders has a remarkable record and tremendous popular support. To exclude him from the primary would be a grave disservice to the great state of New York, and you our great Nation.

If the Democratic Party wants to EARN their name, they need to allow the democratic process to give us a real choice in the 2016 New York State Primary.

We need as broad a field as possible to allow everyone's interests to be addressed. Abrogation of democratic process by arcane regulations designed to limit outsiders is NOT acceptable. In a democracy there ARE no outsiders!

I fully support this endeavor. It is an important issue to me as I have only the utmost respect for Bernie Sanders.

In a Democracy, the one the founding fathers envisioned, they wrote "by the people, for the people", and I believe that they intended that the people had a choice. If the people want Bernie Sanders to have a shot at the Democratic nomination, it should go without debate that Bernie belongs on the Democratic Ballot.

The party system, and campaign system, in their current structures, are now an obstruction to an adequately-informed public which demands direct democracy. They now serve only the entrenched and the gluttonous, in no small part because both major parties are infected with corporate representatives. Help the people show the world what Americans can still do in times of global crisis. Watch us pull off a bloodless counterrevolution. Help. This time, the leader of global fascism will fix itself. Nobody will need to bomb America, the honest rich won't need to activate their nightmare scenarios, and we don't all need to suddenly learn Russian or Chinese or Hebrew. But we do need to jail a whole lot of rich jerks, seize a lot of flying assets, snap the police back on a 1 inch chain repeatedly until they get it, tell the religious lobby they can go home to their families, outlaw corporate prisons, and make US persons legally available, in the eyes of domestic law, and render them, for extradition in cases of war crimes and crimes against humanity. It starts with you in the system, getting the rust out of the peoples' processes. Allow these grass roots to grow. Don't fall for another Kent State pronouncement that it's all foreign commies with guns. For crap's sake, some of us who want to all-but-disarm Israel are even ready for a Jewish president right now. in a time when the entire planet is seizing up with fascism, please allow Americans to exercise our moral leadership. Please work with us, even though many of us would mothball your party under a more-direct democracy. Accept the mandate from Americans who demand we not be remembered as another blight on human history that made things worse in ways we don't know how to reverse. We do know how. Follow your better instincts, work with your better constituents. Step away from the Neocon/Neolib perspective and think about what lessons America knew it needed to learn in the wake of the 60s and 70s. Loo

No viable candidate should EVER be left off the ballot. Sanders is certainly a viable candidate!
