Grant Ahmed Amr a trial by Jury in Snohomish County

How is a fraudulent company allowed bankruptcy protection? Why are their fraudulent documents protected for so many years, without investigation?

Ahmed Amr is a hero and not only deserves a trial by jury but also deserves not to be harassed by officials in Edmonds when simply requesting follow-up and documents from government officials well within his legal rights. Amr did some forensic analysis work in his work on the SBC case and identified what in his view was a $7 million undocumented transaction that Judge Carey had signed off on and that Ms. Meltzer had signed off on and that Mark Kenny had also signed off on. He simply filed papers asking questions about that transction and also sent the questions to a Deputy DOJ attorney. When he got no answers. he simply reminded them that they were obliged under law to produce the settlement agreement because the amount was over $250,000. People know Amr doesn't take 'no answer' for an answer, he follows up til he gets what he has a right to. So when he still got no answers and they refused to produce the requested documents he had properly requested,, Amr then filed a few interrogatories. When the Clerk of the Court intercepted them and they called the DHS accusing him of harassing the DOJ deputy director, this is beyond the pale!! And when he tried to file a police report against her for intimidating a Whistle Blower, which is within his legal rights in Edmonds Canada - he got arrested! For what? For continuing to pursue documents that the govt failed to send him? That's ridiculous. Amr certainly deserves a trial by jury. But not only that, Edmonds government officials have to learn not to arrest citizens exercising their legal rights to properly file for and pursue cases. Amr has spent over a decade working for justice and to recover funds for the thousands of investors in the Syntax Brillian case who were swindled by Chinese criminals posing as legit tech executives. Ahmed Amr deserves not only a trial by jury but recognition for the hard work he' done on the SBC case for over a decade with absolutely no compensation! Amr never just lets people 'ghost' him, that's why he's so amazing and unique. How can a lone man pursuing a case by requesting follow-up and documents be harrassing anyone? Is Edmonds a city of laws, or a little town where the clerks can't handle someone doing something as simple as requesting documents and follow-up completely within their rights? Amr deserves trial by jury -- again as is his legal right -- but more importantly he deserves this case to be dismissed in his favor because he is a credit to society for standing up for small investors in the SBC case (read his book for the background!) for over a decade without any compensation! He is a hero! And if Edmonds wants to harrass him then they need to be aware that this case has nationwide implications both in Canada and in the US and there are big media organizations that will soon take interest in following up with Edmonds officials on this and then Ed

This is Unbelievable--I have known Mr.Amr for some 30yrs--a reputable professional whom I first met at Children's Hospital,Seattle...and more recently as an honest dedicated citizen respectful of all humankind!

Please grant Ahmed Amr a trial by a jury of his peers.

It takes tremendous courage to fight a corrupt system with very limited resources. God help you!

We must start somewhere to stem this 10 year avalanche of judicial abuse that permeates our system. Ahmed Amr is entitled to a trial by jury.

Any one deserves a fair hearing

Everybody has a stake in nailing the judges who preside over the gulags of Snohomish County. When judges ignore malicious prosecution - they encourage police abuse of power. They defile our sacred courts. No judge would tamper with court records and suppress discovery unless he has skin in the game. Help me get a trial by jury. It's not only a constitutional right, it is a right as old as Roman law.
