I've seen many families, and family members, fall apart when a spouse/parent is sent back to his/her original country. Canada thrives on its immigrants, and to send one back after creating a life and home here due to a human error (and that, at the fault of someone else) is a terrible thing to do.

Pls allow Jasvir to stay. It's not right to take him away from his daughter and wife. They have been married for so many years. I'm actually shocked that this is happening.

This is not fair to the family... He is a good man... A hard worker and is simply trying to make a life with his family like anyone else... They have been married and living here for years now... This is ridiculous...

this is simply wrong to ruin a family over a simple mistake. If the father of the child is in absolutely no threat to society why is he being forced to leave the country and his wife and kids.
