We the undersigned feel that the Grandparents Visitation Rights Laws in Missouri should be revised to allow all biological grandparents, persons made grandparents through legal adoption and step grandparents the opportunity to seek and obtain visitation with their grandchildren unless it can be proven in a court of law that the grandparent is unfit and that visitation would cause physical or psychological harm to the grand child.
