We have not been able to see grandkids for a while and just because ex daughter in law refuses to let us see them, but yet she sends them to Houston and others places for someone to take care of and we have been wanting to see them what can we do we would like very much to see them while they still remember who we are.
I believe grandparents should have rights in texas
My eldest daughter left my home, to my grandchildren to be with a guy she met while working her last job. This was 5 months ago. HE is supporting her and the kids i suppose, SO! HE calls her shots, she complys of course. Shes burned all her bridges. No contact with anyone! when shortly after they initially left, I brifley spoke with my grandson and he told me the name of his school. When I went to visit, my daughter found out and withdrew them. Now, no contact, no information.

i was told in october of 2017 by the judge there would be permanent visitation scheduled. CPS unknowingly to all involved moved court date scheduled for April 2018 to December 5, 2017. therefore bypassing CASA as well as paternal family. This being said i have a room full of Christmas for the boys that have been in my life from day 1. i am now being refused to see them or even talk to them on the phone, that being said , i am trying to find out what happened to visitation order and no one will talk. this full custody/adoption was done without the county following the state guidelines, which were not fulfilled, i am very concerned for my grandsons . i am working on getting back in court.
