Petition to maintain current municipal code in Grand Lake

Being new to this county, I feel this is a pertinent issue to be brought to the Board of Trustees.
The municipal code should remain 'as is' and allow the horse owners of Grand Lake to enjoy their ride throughout Grand Lake with their horses. If anything, a leash law needs to be acted upon, because a plethora of people allow their dogs to roam free - this is the issue that should be brought to attention.

Keep Grand Lake as it should be... GRAND. If all else fails put a shovel out front.. geez
