My daughter is crushed that she might have to quit one of these. She has been juggling volleyball and flag for two years now and loves both teams equally. Its not fair to make them quit something they love.

Let the kids decide what they can handle. This is how they learn grit, resilience, and time management, all needed for their adult life.

As someone wanting to do multiple sports and have the balance and obligation to both I think 2 sports should be allowed

Our daughter Kaitlyn Kotora has successfully balanced club soccer, lacrosse and flag football this season. She has also maintained GPA 4.1. She loves flag football and will help promote the game.

This is a great idea that would help a lot of girls develop as athletes, students, and teammates.

Let’s go #23!!!!!!!! Why Two-Sport Athletes Succeed Reduced Burnout: Sports medicine and pediatric groups advocate for two-sport high school involvement as it prevents overuse injuries and limits psychological burnout associated with year-round single-sport specialization. College Recruitment: College coaches and recruiters often favor multi-sport athletes because cross-training builds superior motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and overall athletic IQ.
