Keep Grand Island a dirty boring little dump stuck in 50's. No to vacation homes and bike paths and yes to potholed roads and run down houses filled with mean inbreds.

Properties that are exclusively established for short term rental have the potential to transform the island into a place that is not so grand. I support this petition.

Businesses belong in property that is zoned for business. Zoning is critical to how a town runs it's business and the laws should be enforced. NO to any form of short term rentals, 30 day minimum.

This needs to be stopped, it is being fought all over the country. Lets be ahead of the fight. Please support our hotels campgrounds and legally operating bed and breakfasts.
