GCU, if you take the time to examine this petition here are a few solutions to the housing issue. you can remove underclassmen from apartment - style living to allow upperclassmen a chance to live in the dorms that were set aside for them or you can lease more rooms at Roosevelt Point. If this doesn't suit your taste, then allow students to retain the full amount of their scholarships as they search for apartments off campus.
