I would like to be able to park on Grand b/w 4pm and 6pm but would like to keep that lane free in the mornings, 7am to 8am is good enough for me though.

I find this to be also as others a huge inconvenience. I only have one parking spot, so anyone who visits or stays for a few days need to park blocks away. I find the traffic is not as bad as to warrant this kind of inconvenience. Please consider this petition. Laura Eastham

There is not nearly enough rush hour traffic on Grand to warrant this stupid restriction. If the El Segundo police department is so desperate for money, they should issue parking permits for Grand for anyone with a Grand Avenue address.

Especially in the morning - there is very little traffic on Grand between 6 and 8 AM. There is far more at noon. This is just an excuse for the police to extort money from El Segundo citizens who otherwise would be fully enjoying living here.

This would allow for more parking and free up our own parking lot for our customers as well. We would like to keep the red zone just in front of our address if possible as it would be a hazard for cars in our parking lot reversing out of the small parking space.

I agree that the no parking restrictions on grand avenue do not add anything of value for traffic or safety and are of no value and should be removed.

I have repeatedly asked the city council n od why we have it...
They cant give me a legal reason...
