This petition/protest is to stand against the blatant racism & unfair treatment of Janet Jackson in regards to the Sunday February 1, 2004 super Bowl half-time performance with Justin Timberlake. In this performance Justin Timberlake unveiled one of Janet\'s breasts\'. The media, CBS, MTV, & Justin Timberlake have tried to over dramatize & defame Janet\'s character. Only Janet is getting punished for this misunderstanding. Everyone is failing to realize the following points: 1.There were 2 people involved in the performance, not 1.Both should have been charged if they were going to charge at all. 2.Janet didn\'t take her own breast out, Justin did. 3.This was Justin\'s performance, which means he had the final authority on any last minute change, he could have said NO! 4.No one knows whose idea it was, it could have been Justin
