Final supporters
Two great bills, SB 841 and HB 2632, have made their way through the Oklahoma State Capitol! These bills will do many great things for Oklahoma.
HB 2632 and SB 841 will:
- Allow patients to use the pharmacy of their choice
- Make drug pricing more clear
- Keep rural pharmacies open so our citizens have access to the best healthcare
- Keep Oklahoma dollars in our local and state economy
- Decrease errors caused by patients being forced to use multiple pharmacies
Oklahoma has spoken and our legislatures have listened, now we just need Governor Stitt to sign HB 2632 so Oklahoma can be on it's way to becoming a Top 10 State.

I honestly did not think this would gain this much steam when I first hit publish but the momentum is just incredible. My phone has been buzzing non-stop and it really makes me think about how many people actually care about keeping our local pharmacies open.

My mom counts on her local pharmacy, owned by pharmacists who know her and her health, and have given invaluable support and advice when she needed it. That couldn’t happen with big box or online pharmacies.
We need for our local pharmacies to thrive. If we lose our pharmacies that’s one more nail in the coffin for rural Oklahoma. Our pharmacists help our senior population so much. There’s a pharmacy in just about every small town. We need them. These pharmacists save lives in ways that the big box stores can never comprehend.
I give back whole heartedly to my community. I want to continue that legacy BUT I am one of the hundreds of thousands of individuals that have to use multiple pharmacies to get my prescriptions filled. I’d much prefer to lend my support to the local pharmacy owned by hardworking Oklahomans. Please take another look at this bill.
I’m a Nurse Practitioner in rural Oklahoma. We need our small pharmacies. They care about our patients and get out after hours to take care of their needs. Rural healthcare is seriously lacking because of things like this
Please sign these bills into effect. This will help the people of Oklahoma. We need to keep PBMs from taking money from our state. I have been a pharmacist in an independent pharmacy for 22 years. We don’t like like losing patients just because their insurance says they have to go to another pharmacy. Especially when you have taken care of their family for years. Please do this for Oklahomans. Thank you.

Gov. Stitt, please sign this bill. We do not want our freedom choice taken away. Mail order pharmacy is wrong & dangerous in so many ways. My local pharmacist knows me, my family, our medications and works tirelessly to find the best products at the best prices for all of his customers.
