Mr. Satcher is not as qualified as others who can take the position: Scott Farrington. Farrington is very familiear with the work involved in Supervisor of Elections. It is clear that Satcher is unfamiliar with the work and the working language needed to feill the job.

A deserve a fair and proper election. You appointed an incompetent random suggestion without even vetting his qualifications, of which he has none! He can not be trusted, and has no idea of what his duties are or how to effectively run such an important office of elections. Simply remove him before the November elections!

The voters of Manatee County have spoken and Mr. Satcher's actions post election speak for themselves. Please remove him and put Scott Farrington in charge in this interim period before any more damage to the office occurs.

The people of Manatee County urge the Governor to remove interim SOE, James Satcher, immediately as his landslide loss in the primary underscores the ineptitude and damage he has spread across the department. His removal prior to the general election is necessary as his actions and words instill no confidence in voters that the ballot count will be fair and impartial.
