Gerrymandering is the very reason our representatives do not understand or appreciate the need for bipartisan cooperation to govern.

Gerrymandering is bad for democracy!

It will strengthen our democracy if districts don't belong to a party or person. Please act to challenge the status quo and make redraw districts openly, fairly and soon.

Please make the members of the General Assembly address this issue. It needs a debate and a floor vote and the public needs to see it.

I was very disappointed when this didn't go anywhere.

Fair and independent redistricting is one of the most important things we as a nation can do right now to ensure Fair and equal representation and the continued strength of our democracy.

Redistricting reform for the Commonwealth of Virginia is over due. All of the citizens of the Commonwealth must be represented.

Hopefully this time we can get something done.
