A few years ago we were gerrymandered out of Gerry Connolly's CD into Rob Wittman's. I had never heard of before, suddenly, he was my Congressman. My area of PWC has very little in common with the southern region of VA that forms most of VA-01, but everything in common with Connolly's District -- which includes eastern PWC. I drive through Connolly's District every single day. Please fix this! Judging by the amount of time Wittman spends in PWC, he's not thrilled, either. He doesn't even have a PWC office.

My representative does not live near me or in my County. There is a long, thin sliver of his district that juts up into my neighborhood but the rest of my community has a different representative. He does not represent the women on my street and I truly believe he doesn't care because we are such a small section of his district. I don't feel represented in the House and that is sad and frustrating. I have voted in EVERY election and primary since I was 18 and my voice should be heard!
