Most of the kids in DPS are from middle class background, with a single earning parent. And most of these parents jobs have been affected because of the Covid -19 ,many of them have lost their jobs as well. Taking this into consideration, the school should not hold the parents morally reprehensible to save the teachers /transport jobs, salary etc.
It is similar to asking the general public to make timely and exuberant payments as EMIs and bill payments to ensure that the bank/electricity board/mobile network employees don't loose their jobs....

It is feasible for the institute to collect only 70% 0f the fee as only online classes are being done and there are a lot of expenses that are curtailed. It would be good thing to pass on the benefits to the parents who are going through a lot of hardship due to the ongoing pandemic.

Since my husband works in a Pvt firm, and his salary is partially paid due to the pandemic we find it difficult to pay the full amount of school fees.
