Correctness and honesty are expected to be thefoundation of a thrustfulgovernent institution. This makes that officials can not afford deceive the working class people. The officials hav to follow law and regulatios.Can we accept that officials change deliberately inspection reports? Can we accept that bills are presented according to theircounterfeiting?

Do we acceptthat officials judge according to their own invented judgement? No that's complete unacceptable! Do we accept that officials defend dishonesty and injustice? Do we accept that officials are heavily opposed to honesty and justice in order to keep hidden their own invented laws and tricks? I'm sure we can not.
