I’m writing this petition regarding government fundings on welfare. Helping children’s of strangers should not be an obligation. The government should distribute the money spent on welfare differently like on educations to help those families out. Better background checks should be provided on the people on welfare so we know it's going towards the right people.
I’ve done research on how much is spent and the problems. People are cheating the system and providing false informations to receive aids. Some people aren't striving towards getting out of poverty. Us taxpayers are giving out our hard earned money to the helpless and some are barely making a living themselves. The government should spend that money helping the kids get better educations. If we spend it on their educations, they will get higher paying jobs and not live off welfare.

The reach of this petition has reached a level that necessitates a formal briefing for the department heads overseeing welfare allocation. I am currently drafting a letter of inquiry to request a sit down with the relevant policy committee regarding the implementation of mandatory background checks and educational reallocation.

Agree 100%. Tax money should be for school equipment and teachers not for people who refuse to look for work.
Stricter checks are a must. Tired of seeing neighbors buy luxury items with my tax dollars. Fix it.
Couldn't agree any more ! Also read somewhere that many people who are unemployed and on welfare should volunteer at least 20 hours a week.
I agree with this, it annoys me a lot the fact that some people aren't doing anything to help themselves or their children's . I understand that some parents really need it I'm okay with it at least those people are trying to get out of poverty and trying to make a living , it's unfair to the other people who are working. And it goes to these types of fundings . They provide false information and they aren't even thriving for a better living .
There should be better Background checks, people will lie just too get money they do not really need instead of using theirs.

Finally someone said it. Way too many people gaming the system while the rest of us work double shifts just to pay rent.
