People crash their cars everyday and insurance companies payout on settlements due to total loss, a new car is needed. Cars breakdown and people don't want to put money into a higher mileage or older unit, but would rather buy another car. Kids become of driving age and need a car.

Being able to have a vehicle is essential, dealer's must remain open so that people are able to purchase a vehicle to transport them selves to the grocery store, or hospital or to pickup medication.
