Gabriel Smith is 100% innocent without a doubt. Brandon Hughes has harassed many people and destroyed many lives in Lee County. Please direct a special investigation into former District Attorney Brandon Hughes.

When I was a kid I thought law enforcement were super heroes who could do no wrong. Then one day I saw an officer smoking a cigarette. In my child’s mind, I knew smoking was bad and I was just dismayed because how could an officer do something wrong? As you grow up you realize that law enforcement officers are human like the rest of us, just trying to do their best. But I have personally witnessed what has been happening in Lee County. These law enforcement officers are not making mistakes while doing their job, they are intentionally doing evil and trying to cover it up. I have seen a side come out that I thought only existed in the movies. Something so heinous and gross. The very thing I trusted in has now turned on my family. From harassment and bullying to dangers much worse. I am actually afraid for the lives of my family. Instead of actually providing real evidence to bring before the court all I see is a Peter Pan Fairy tale being used to try and convict my son-in-law and my daughter. So the help I am asking for is Gov. Ivey to order a real team of law enforcement to investigate what is happening in Lee County and quit pretending like this is not happening! Look at Gabriel and Stephanie’s case without the corrupt influence of the local investigators and you will see the truth the rest of us know.

As someone who has witnessed this corruption first hand I plead with you to launch this investigation! My children’s lives and their future depend on this!
