state of emergency loan funding has been granted nation wide for the Coronavirus (COVID-19). in wisconsin we can not apply for these loans until the state declares this as a disaster. other states have already. our schools and all public places with 50+ people have been shut down already. many Wisconsinites and businesses need to be able to start the loan process immediately. please sign this petition to expedite Governor Evers decision to declare COVID-19 a disaster.
