Dwayne Ottey is asking New York State Governor Andrew M. Cuomo to grant him a full pardon also known as a Clemency to stop Dwayne from deportation back to Jamaica. Mr Ottey has lived in Brooklyn, NY since he was 22 months old and he will leave behind his young children if he gets sent back. Dwayne has one Nonviolent offense that only Governor Cuomo can expunge which will help him stay in the country to continue raising his children.
