On July 17, 2008 Al Gore challenged America to produce 100 percent of our electricity from energy sources with zero carbon emissions - and to do so within 10 years. Together, in sun-drenched Mar Vista with affordable solar energy, we can switch to using 100% clean electricity from the sun by 2018 and save on energy costs. Sign the petition to urge Mar Vista to adopt a target of 100% clean electricity by 2018.
