The U.S. Has been trying to find alternative energy sources in the forms of Natural Gas Drilling, Off Shore Oil Drilling and there has even been talk about building more nuclear plants. Natural Gas And Oil Drilling have had disastrous accidents. Natural gas and Oil drilling explosiones have lead to loss of life. Contamination of several citys drinking water with natural gas making the people ill and the water undrinkable. This has happened in Colorado, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wyoming. The devistation that the explosion of the off shore oil drilling rig has caused is unmeasurable. Do we really want more nuclear energy plants? Does anyone remember 3 mile Island? Chernobyl? We need to be looking to the only truly clean enery source, The Sun. The Sun produces enough energy in one hour to power the whole world for one year. Going solar would not only help curb the concontrations of CO2 in the atmosphere and the Ocean, but it would also create much needed employment. Thank-you for taking the time to voice your opinion.
