Don't let anyone have complete control over Plainmoor. As a Brighton & Hove Albion fan who saw my club have owners who sold the ground without any future plans, nearly going bust, playing 'home' games 70 miles away in a different county, before playing in a temporary stadium for 14 years, I can assure you that no club deserve that.
The plans for the new ground must come to fruitition before selling Plainmoor.
