When will this new breed of owners realise that they are merely temporary custodians. The Clubs belong to the local populace that have supported them for generations. We Newcastle supporters suffered the same disgrace but won the naming battle in the end. Let the would be sponsors know you would boycott their products. I believe Football supporters as a whole should come together over such issues. Together we have a powerful voice.

The last live football match I watched was Torquay vs. Barnet in October 2005. I met up with some old Cornish school friends. It ended 0-0 but we all enjoyed the atmosphere. I always look to see how the west country clubs are doing every football season. Best of luck with your campaign.

Darlington fan here. Haven't made it to Plainmoor yet but want it to be around just in case. Sick of hearing about clubs being screwed over by people who don't give a stuff about the fans & history of the club.
