Plainmoor should not be sold to Torquay United, Clarke Osbourne, G.I. or any affiliates. The land should remain in the hands of the council for the interests of the community of Torbay. Any sale if deemed suitable, should only be completed once a suitable alternative has been built in Torbay.

This needs to remain in the hands of the public not a company. The council doesn't have any right to sell this asset with public consultation
