I think the depth of feeling for TUFC locally and nationally is underestimated - we should be proud of over a century of history and fight tooth and nail to preserve part of this town's heritage - the Herald Express has shown a dereliction of duty and its silence in allowing this malevolent process to pass by unchallenged is shameful. If more supporters locally and nationally (of which there are numerous) had been made aware earlier by the media rather than the people of the bay being reliant on those few "activist voices" (thank god for them) familiar with Osborne's past this situation would not have been allowed to develop.

I am signing this due to the uncertainty and lack of communication between the owner and supporters of this football club, and I don't feel reassured neither comfortable by their comments and as I've supported Torquay since I was 8 and I'm now 22 I don't want the thought and risk of this football club being taken away from me

Local football clubs and grounds should be encouraged to thrive, it's not just a game of football, it's the future of the younger generations, young talent can be developed, and young people encouraged to partake as opposed to anti social behaviour. Surely there are other brown sites to develop for housing? Don't destroy communities!

Keep the stadium for the club or make the developers build a new ground before giving them Plainmoor.
