I am totally disgusted to hear this news. The governor has nothing better to do with her time they to have innocent animals killed. Aren't there enough hardened criminals that need to be held responsible for their crimes and put in jail. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves and be held accountable for what you've done. I love squirrels and feed them in Balboa Park in San Diego and have a special kinship with them. I think raccoons are adorable, too. I feel for Mark and his family and am appalled at what has happened. He was only doing the rightful think to keep them both safe since they could no longer live in the wild.

I myself have experienced the sadness but on a lesser scale when I buried I dead squirrel saw in the park on the walkway and could not just leave it there. I can't even imagine how Mark and his family are feeling. I absolutely LOVE the idea of the new logo and ought to be in the memory of dear Peanut!

There’s something very wrong with New York who takes it is a squirrel and euthanize it along with a raccoon without any option to try to save their lives. Put them may be in an animal sanctuary for wildlife. Just grab the raccoon and squirrel from the home and kill it? This is just disgusting. This is worse than communism. What kind of Joke country is this?
