I talk from business perspective if you told your client that you will use Nodejs he will be ok with that but what about a framework that is not widely used and not supported by a big company like google how you will convince him?

There are technical arguments in using a single language stack. For example sharing code which mean, loosely, saving time and money. Which should make you more competitive. If your argument is that others are using it the next questions should be on which projects is it being used and if it's good for YOUR kind of project. Informations which you might never have. Can you see how this kind of argument is flawed? Also why using a petition to beg Google to adopt widely their own products when you can show them that the community truly cares for that project. I guess making a petition is easier but it will not be taken seriously even if it reaches all its signatures.
