GOODWILL INDUSTRIES PRICE GOUGING AND DON'T LISTEN TO OR CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!! THEY ARE ALSO DISHONEST!!

Am tired of Goodwill when I. Can drive across the street to one of the humane society's buildings where they do themrifted goods cheaper

It’s getting ridiculous that they are price housing items donated to them. Disgusting.

This store receives FREE items.. Any amount of money should suffice. It should be illegal to research items before pricing. Or maybe your should pay the employees the rate of an appraiser too.

They claim that the money is going for social services, however, many of these services are paid for by other community grants or ironically, even government Social Service agencies themselves. Poor people need clothing and other basic necessities that we customers donate for free. Let Goodwill corporate office executives supplement these social services with their own donations from their lined pockets!!

goodwill is evil..one time i found a beat up for $2 and decided to buy it and the cashier insinuated i had swapped the tag with another item and proceeded to tell me i’d need to pay $7 for it

Prices have been getting crazy expensive, $10 for a donated bottle of dove body wash? I could go to target and buy it new for $4, goodwill has gone downhill. The ceo is a crook. STOP DONATING AT GOODWILL AND STOP BUYING!

Stop paying your ceos so much money! We need to start donating items to local thrift stores that benefit the community

Goodwill prices are becoming ridiculously outrageous!! $20 for a champ shirt that’s$15 brand new from JCPennys!!! NOT OK

Not only do they price gouge, all the stuff that I went to the goodwill for are sent off for their online auction site. People who go to the actual store have hardly anything to choose from.

I just left a store in Waco Texas on Waco Drive and had passed on lots of items that were SUPER over priced. I did however find something I was I retested in, in a basket of things that were going to be put out. I got to the counter and it was clearly marked $4.99. The girl checking me out called a guy over and said “hey so and so this has an electronic sticker on it can you change it to housewares? He goes to the back then returns and the girl looks at the tag and says no way did that’s too expensive. I looked at the sticker and that fool had changed the price to $12.99! I said absolutely not I’m not paying that and the guy told me he would sell it to me for $10.99 and I said nope get me a manager. He said he wasn’t selling me the time for the $4.99 that it had originally. I asked again for a manger and the girl went and got the manager who quickly came up and apologized. I told her it was ridiculous and I had even passed up on a salt and pepper shaker set that was listed at $2.99 for each piece. I but salt and pepper shakers all the time at Goodwill and EVERY store sells them for .99 a piece NEVER $2.99 a piece. So she sold me the salt and pepper shakers for $2.00 and the original item for the originally priced amount of $4.99. I spend about $2000 a month in all 4 of the Goodwills in Waco as well as the outlet. I am not happy a d have been complaining about the just recently really jacked up prices. It’s INSANE. I will NOT be going back to Goodwill again. Today was the last straw. Shame on you!

I agree... The Goodwill charges outrageous prices. They don't even sell jewelry in the stores anymore because they have an appraiser appraising the jewelry it is absolutely ridiculous and they should not be allowed to charge the prices that they are charging. The price gouging needs to stop period there should be a law that will not allow the Goodwill to charge the prices that they are charging people

This is probably going to turn racial, because "Goodwill" is proportionately in areas of Americans of African descent. Although, yhere are a few in "affluent neighborhoods its bulk are in low income. areas. Shame on goodwill. They certainly are not promoting "GOODWILL!!!!
