I am honestly a little overwhelmed by how many people feel the same way about this film. This momentum belongs entirely to the fans who kept the memory of this movie alive when I thought I was the only one looking for a copy.

I will never understand the non release of this wonderful movie to dvd format when there are so many bad movies that make it to dvd.
I'm tired of buying copies and they say is regional was not in looks ugly and sounds horrible
I've waited for this on DVD for years. Just saw a VHS for $200. That's rediculous. Pleeeeeasse get this done!
With all the garbage out on DVD, it would be nice to see something of quality like King Wenceslas!
Seriously how is this still not on dvd? I keep checking amazon every year and nothing. Please just put it out already!

Yes please please pleeease release this on dvd! I used to watch it on vhs every Christmas but I wore it out. Plus there are thousands and thousands of Jonathan fans out there, myself included, who'd love to own this wonderful movie he did!
