안녕하세요 저는 굿게임 스튜디오 사에서 운영하는 엠파이어: 네 개의 왕국의 한국 유저 중 한명입니다. 제가 이 청원서를 시작한 이유는 굿게임스튜디오 사에게 경각심을 촉구하고 적절한 보상을 요구하기 위해서 입니다. 한국시간으로 12월 4일부터 12월 5일까지 장시간의 서버 점검으로 인해 엠파이어: 네 개의 왕국의 한국 서버 유저들은 게임에 접속하지 못하였습니다. 따라서 한국 유저들에게 대규모 탈영이라는 막대한 손실을 입혔습니다. 비록 굿게임 스튜디오 사에서는 오류에 대해서 인정하고 있지만, 유저들에게 적절한 보상을 제공하지 않고 있습니다. 굿게임사는 유저들이 손실을 입어 요구하는 모든 병사들을 보상해줄 수 없다고 주장합니다. 모든 한국 유저들이 동시간대에 접속을 하지 못하였기 때문에 특정한 유저에게 특정한 특별 대우를 해줄 수 없다고 주장합니다. 굿게임 스튜디오 사는 모든 한국 서버의 유저들이 서버에 오랜 시간동안 접속하지 못하고 막대한 피해를 입었다면, 굿게임 스튜디오 사는 개개인에게 그들이 잃은 병사에 대해 보상해야만 한다는 것을 깨달아야 합니다. 그리고, 탈영한 모든 병사들을 복구받은 한국 유저들이 있습니다. 이것은 한국 서버의 유저들에게 부당합니다. 한국 서버 유저들을 그만 이용하시고, 모든 유저들에게 합당한 보상을 해주세요!

I am one of Korean users of Empire: Four Kingdoms run by Goodgame Studios. I am starting this online petition to send wake-up call to Goodgame Studios. There was a severe server problem that everyone in Korean server could not be connected to the game on December 4th through 5th. This caused a huge damage on Korean users. Although Goodgame Studios has been admitting their error, they are not providing appropriate compensation to users. Goodgame Studios argues that they cannot compensate for the requested number of troops people have lost because all Korean players were not able to log on to the game during the server breakdown. Thus, Goodgame Studios argues that they cannot give special treatments to certain users. Goodgame Studios must realize that if everyone in Korean server could not be connected to the server and have experienced a huge loss due to this problem, Goodgame Studios must recover the equivalent number of troops players have lost individually. Furthermore, certain people have received full recovery of their losses. This is obviously unfair for other players in Korean server. Stop taking advantage of Korean players and provide a fair compensation to all users!
