I was down at the water just this morning watching the sun come up and thinking about how peaceful those early hours are when the beach is mostly just empty sand and salt air. It really feels like such a simple adjustment to let us have those few hours before the crowds show up because the dogs really do just want to run in the surf and head home quietly before the day gets going.

Having dogs on Gonzales Beach through summer months until 0900 with responsible owners is a great use of public space.
Dogs should be allowed to run and swim on Gonzales and all beaches with their responsible humans until at least 0900
we've been talking about this for years. I'm in full agreement for morning use for dogs.
PLEASE let us keep going in the summer. my dog loves swimming there and we are always off the sand by 9am sharp.
The beach is empty at 7am anyway so why cant we just use it. Makes no sense to keep us off when nobody else is there yet

Dog owners are generally early risers but the general public not so much. I'm in total support of having beach access for dogs until 9:00
