As a resident of the University of Texas Golf Community, we petition the Steiner Ranch Master Association, Inc. to form a golf community homeowners association in accordance with the existing Master Association Bylaws and Steiner Ranch (Golf Course Residential) Development Area Declaration, allowing the golf community to be responsible for its separate portion of the overall budget, and such other rights and obligations a Development Area Association may possess.
